Generally, we recommend two main seasons spring and autumn in the month of April, May, October and November avoiding the monsoon and winter season. Weather is one of the main causes of accidents. But if you are a professional and want to take some challenges we can arrange the trip in winter season also.
Everyone faces some kind of problem in their trip but if we change our perspective then all the problems may be seen as an opportunity to grow ourselves. For some people sleeping inside the tent, covering with the sleeping bag waking up early in the cold may see a problem. For some, the long and tiring walks may be the problems. And for some, their own mind made fears could be the problem. We consider these not as a problem but a challenge to get out of our comfort zones and take our spirit to next level. The real problem trekkers may face would be Altitude sickness if not properly acclimatized. But with proper acclimatization, we can avoid these problems.
Most of the trekkers might feel sick during trekking it may be of the new place, new heights, or new food but our company makes sure that you will get the basic techniques of avoiding that sickness. All of our guides have taken the first aid course and they always carry basic first aid kit with them in case of emergency. If the sickness arises from the altitudes and causes AMS the first and only option would be to descend down as soon as possible. If the basic treatments do not work and gets more serious we will immediately arrange a helicopter and get you back to Kathmandu because our first concern is clients health and safety. The cost of the Helicopter and insurance will be forwarded to your mail before the trip.
