Mountain Flight Itinerary

Pickup: You will be picked up from your hotel in the early morning around 6 for the Kathmandu airport. You will reach the airport 1 hour prior to the departure.

Flight:The boarding will be spontaneous and you will be ready to fly. The duration of the flight will be 50-60 min where you will be enjoying the mesmerizing view of the Himalayas in just a few minutes of take-off.

Drop off:After almost one hour flight, you will land at Kathmandu domestic airport where you will also get the certificate of the completion of the flight. Then you are dropped off at your respective accommodation in Kathmandu.

If the flight is cancelled in the last hour due to weather or technical circumstances, the paid amount will be returned back deducting 10percent service charge on the total billed amount. However there is minimal chances of flight to be cancelled.

It is obvious that the airline company provides a full refund for the payment of cancelled flight. The 10 per cent service charge is deducted as an online transaction processing fee which has already been occurred. This is taken as an online ticket transaction service which is provided manually in Kathmandu.

Tribhuwan International Airport lies 8km away from Thamel area. Thus it takes 20-30 minutes to reach the airport point.
