There are more than 110 species of birds, 33 mammals, and some reptiles which together with the vegetation, make this region even more beautiful.
Along with the faunas, the floras of this region are also very intriguing and beautiful. This includes 19 different kind of forests including rhododendron forests and Himalayan blue pine forests. An estimated of 1500-2000 plant species are found in this region. Along with this, several medicinal and aromatic plants add to the beauty of this place.
In Manaslu trekking, you begin your trek from Arughat and then end it at Besisahar. And you reach the height of 5167 meters at Larky La Pass. It also offers the amazing view of Manaslu, Cheo Himal, Himlung Himal, Gyaji Kang, Nemjung, and Annapurna II. With the various ups and downs this trek has to offer, you will be able to enjoy the untouched beauty along with the difficult but equally rewarding landscapes.
